How can I get these haunting images that are haunting me from watching this youtube video?

Someone linked me a youtube video of a scene from a horror movie showing a lady getting pinned down and getting tied up and gagged and getting a bomb tied to her. Those haunting images are now haunting me and it keeps on replaying in my head. I'm scared to death and I don't want it anymore. How can I get these haunting images to stop haunting me ????

What was the most irrefutable haunting that has been found by the TAPS ghosthunters?

I have watched this show a few times, and it is quite entertaining, but I have never really seen them find any evidence that would indicate that a place was inhabited by spirits. But I know I have not seen all their shows.
So what was the biggest haunting that they have found, and what irrefutable evidence did they find that indicated that the place was haunted by ghosts?

How to write a questioner for a suspected haunting?

I am interviewing a person who has a haunting that has been going on from his earliest memories. He is grown up in the home and has been having some escalating issues with his family due to the spirits. What sort of questions would you ask in this situation???
PS. (I have not had to deal with this issue for many years and would like some input from the folks here at Y/A as how to up date my technique)

well i was watching a scary move called the eye and i ws scared and i went out into the kitchen with my friend and my friend was being an idiot and saying scary movies contact dead people and so i was thinking about it and i thought about my grandfather and how i miss him and how he told me when he dies he will always be watching over me and after i finshed my sentence my friend was like what because i was crying and i said well my grandfather and all of a sudden a spoon fell off the side and i dont know how it would have happend and i just want to know is it just my minde playing a trick on me or am i being told my grandfather trying to say something to me im just freaked out

Why would a traumatic childhood experience be haunting my nightmares now and never before?

When I was a young child, I witnessed a horrific animal attack severely injuring one of my cats and killing the other (my very young kitten). Just recently, 25 years later, the whole thing has begun haunting my dreams every night. It never did before. Any idea why this would happen?
